After two decades of leading sales teams for multi-million organizations in Europe and Middle East & Africa I combined the years of experience and gathered it in my sales philosophy that I call The Right Choice Selling.

We can agree that sales specialists and professionals who believe in their product or service will eventually be the ones who succeed day in and day out. What if I told you it is not enough!

In my view the sales professional that will enjoy the longest career with a balanced life style is the one who can bring her/his values into the selling process each moment of the process. That will give a “purpose” to the selling and transition and that is how we win hearts, minds and then wallets!

The Right Choice Selling is a modern sales training merged with few of the coaching skills that can help any sales specialist to go from ordinary to extraordinary. It is divided into a realistic five phase program that is delivered with deliberate breaks in-between the phases to allow sales professionals to take their learning into the market and return with realistic problems to resolve during the next phase.

To ensure a clear ROI for the participants and their organizations we conduct a post-training follow up for six months through emails and digital calls once per month with each participant.
