True leadership begins not with authority, but with care.

We are all born naturally creative, resourceful, and whole — yet life’s noise often pulls us away from that truth. My own journey started in an entrepreneurial home, guided by a father whose leadership was firm, structured, and deeply authoritative. That was the model I knew — but even as a child, I felt a quiet conviction that leadership through kindness was the path that truly resonated with me.

After completing my studies in Sweden and embarking on a 28-year career in global hospitality, I spent years searching for balance — between results and relationships, pressure and purpose. The turning point came when I began asking myself two difficult questions:
What is the true purpose of leadership?
And how can I live my values every single day — not just as a professional, but as a human being?

Those questions became my compass.
They led me, in 2016, to the Co-Active Training Institute, where I discovered the transformative power of Co-Active Coaching and Leadership. Once that journey began, it never stopped. By 2018, I had immersed myself in transformational coaching, and by 2019 — after leading diverse global sales teams through four multinational organizations and several mergers — I had reached a defining moment.

Different cultures, different markets, one universal truth:

When leaders live their values openly, teams follow with heart, not just compliance.

In 2019, I earned my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential — a milestone earned through hundreds of coaching hours that solidified my professional identity. Then came 2020 — a year that changed the world and redirected my purpose. Out of uncertainty was born Coach Pedari, a brand and a mission rooted in the United Arab Emirates — to help leaders rise through purpose, empathy, and authenticity.

In 2021, I joined EMCC Global as a Senior Practitioner, continuing my lifelong pursuit of learning and growth. My passion for development began years earlier at Marriott International, where I designed and facilitated programs that trained hundreds of young professionals across the Middle East & Africa. That same year, I launched The Right Choice Selling©, a practical framework that connected heart and performance — proving that emotional intelligence drives sustainable success.

My devotion to learning led me to earn the Learning & Development Specialist Certificate from AIHR, strengthening the bridge between business performance and human potential.

In 2021, author Erik Seversen invited me to co-author the international bestseller “The Winner’s Mindset.” That collaboration opened a new chapter — and inspired me to begin my own book, “The Heart of Coaching.”

Today, Coach Pedari partners with leaders and teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. I have had the privilege to coach professionals from organizations such as IKEA Global, PepsiCo, Amazon, Mitsubishi Chemicals, Airbus, Fujitsu, African Leadership University, Leumi Bank, Unilab, Peri Group, Siemens, MSC Cruises, Swedish Steel, System Bolaget, Pernod Ricard, Haldex, Barilla, Saudi Electricity, Goldman Sachs, Spotify, Metro, and HomeToGo — and the journey continues.
